Message	The vision from the stock bulbs in my moms 98 Accord isn't the best. I realy want to upgrade her bulbs so she can see better. I'm not asking for which bulbs R the bluest or coolest looking in color. I want bulbs that increase visibility as much as possible, yet still be legal. PIAA Superwhites? And no HID is out of the ?, she doesn't want to spend much $. Thank you
